TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando East/UCF Area

“I recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando East/UCF prior to a graduation ceremony at the University of Central Florida nearby. The hotel is in a superb location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and close to the University. The hotel, while slightly dated within the early 2000s, is generally well-kept. You can tell the hallways and common spaces have been relatively recently updated. I found the room to be impeccably clean- no major issues of any sort, and honest not a lot of details to nitpick. The only thing I noticed is some stains on the wooden nightstands next to the bed- it happens. All amenities are nice and well-taken care of. The left side elevator was a bit bouncy, but again, very minor issue with no impact on my stay whatsoever. Breakfast was convenient and tasty as well. Overall, this is a solid, serviceable hotel in a prime location with functional amenities and quality room maintenance. While the building's shell is dated, they do a great job to keep what's inside chugging along well. Would certainly stay here again if in the area!”
